Ingredients:
1.5 pounds Brussels Sprouts, ends/yellow trimmed
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, any type
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Preheat oven to 400
Place all ingredients in gallon ziplock bag, shake to coat
Roast in oven for 30-45 minutes, shake pan every 5-7 minutes for even cooking, check for color, should be dark brown when finished, careful to not burn
